Property Description
Sophisticated European-inspired design, exceptional craftsmanship and over $300,000 in upgrades have transformed this Laguna Beach residence into something extraordinary. A rare opportunity where the investment has been made, renovation is complete and every detail considered. Clean architectural lines, smooth-finished walls, squared edges, European-style casings and doors, recessed lighting and imported oversized porcelain flooring establish a refined contemporary aesthetic. The home offers 2 bedrooms and a versatile loft with potential to convert into a 3rd bed. At the heart of the home is a spectacular kitchen featuring leathered Taj Mahal natural quartzite from Brazil, a waterfall-edge island, custom Guillin cabinetry, Waterstone black-and-brass fixtures, custom Nantucket sink and a complete Bertazzoni Italia appliance suite with six-burner gas range. The showpiece floating staircase was custom designed and engineered with a reinforced steel structure, 3-inch Texas white oak treads, satin-black railings and stainless-steel cable detailing, illuminated by an Allegri Apollo champagne-gold chandelier. Upstairs, white oak flooring continues the home's warm contemporary style. The primary bath evokes a private European spa with an oversized rain shower, frameless glass, concealed
